Yeah, this stat really jumps out. Fournier has had a huge year from 3 point range this season. Shooting almost 40%. It will be interesting if front office looks to move him this off-season because I think there certainly will be teams interested in taking the 2 years 36 million that will be left on his deal (year 4 of his contract is a team option).
On a better team, Fournier could have been considered a decent off-season acquisition. On our squad, the bottom line of our poor record compared to last season makes it hard to view it that way, but he certainly hasn?t been anywhere near a complete bust like Noel or Rose.
The Knicks last two wins were against opponents that's been tanking to be a part of the 2022 NBA LOTTERY draft.
I missed the game tonight .. And the game-stats says nothing change from Knicks coach Thibs (tanking) lineups and substitution.
RJ Barrett's 43 min 8-20 FG .. 24 pts
Randle's 35 min, 6-21 FG .. 13 pts
Burk's 34 min, 3-9 FG .. 10 pts
The trio players above combine for 50 FG shots out of the 83 FG shots the Knicks took tonight. Which mean the trio of players control the BALL on offense for 48 minutes.
As for their defense, the Utah Jazz outscored the Knicks in each of the last 3 quarters.
Nothing change bout the Knicks and their (30-41) record.
Please! Play the Knicks young-core players (McBride, Grimes, Sims, Quickley, and Obi) 24+ minutes in each of the remaining games !!!

It could not be anymore clear we need changes. Thib'sstubbornness is sickening.
We are not making the playoffs so the heavy minutes makes zero sense.
Maybe it?s meaningless this late in a lost season, maybe it will shape the future of his career. If Obi could hang 20 points as a starter, not going to lie, I?ll be back on the Toppin train.
