Our crippled-coaching with no low-post offensive/defensive
setup-plays had devalued the Knicks (bigman) performance of Turiaf/
Mozgov/and AR lastseason. And after the Melo-trade the Knicks
collaspe the first 19 games going 6-13. WHY?
Amare & Melo did not show any type of chemistry or jellin together
as a tandem unit throughout their 31 games on either end of the court.
However, new players Gallo/ Chandler/and Felton fit right into the
Denver Nuggets rotation as if they were in Denver's training-camp.
Why?
Did it have anything to do with "Chandler & Gallo" being better
complimentary teammates than super-star Amare & Melo?
HELL YEAH!
All Knicks-Fans should know from watching super-star Amare performance
it did not ever click or show any chemistry with Knicks players C-Mozgov,
or PF-Turiaf, or PF-AR on either end of the court, recall Mozgov and AR
getting DNP, and Turiaf coming off the bench to replace Amare in the
lineup spoke volumes when the two were finally put on the court together
to gain a 6-13 record with Melo.
u can call it how u want (Turiaf was always injured)?
I feel the two players (Amare & Turiaf) shouldve had more playingtime
together on the court to build a jellin chemistry (from Oct. to Feb.)
to invite a new Carmelo into their mix, rather than Turiaf (12 mpg)
backing-up Amare from the start of the season.
It's funny how when Turiaf was in a lineup with Mozgov/ Chandler/or
Gallo they all had gained a decent chemistry together on both ends
of the court....with either Felton or TD at the point.....the group
performed well at rebounding and stopping oponents from scoring inside
of the paint.
