Time to go home and stress for a few more hours and try to fix my PC... i'll post if I do.

If i did i'll be pissed but all in all I want to get my PC working again

Woohoo... Seems like I got my PC running again... its going a bit slow but i'll back up my files and format on the weekend.!

bro, my comp is a piece a junk so i understand wut ur going thru, do u have any idea wut the problem was with it?

The virus started it all...
then I think there was a problem during the reinstallation process with some of my newer hardware (i.e. video card, soundcard, TV Card or firewire port)

So is it all good now?
