Has it been 20 years since Jeff coached his first game for the Knicks. Been quite some time since he last coached his last one in Houston, I wonder if he's ever going to leave the broadcast booth to return to the NBA?

Another noteworthy game was Feb. 20, 2010 which was TMac's first game with the Knicks. Walsh was cleaning house to clear cap space and acquired TMac and Sergio Rodriguez in a 3 team deal in exchange for Jordan Hill, Larry Hughes and Jared Jeffries. That netted them $30M in cap space for them to sign Stat in the off-season.

Exciting first game with TMac and Sergio, the Garden rocked in a thrilling OT game with OKC which OKC won 121-118 with TMac scoring 26 pts. The reason I remember that game was a large number of fans logged into KOL game thread many of them being Spanish fans of Sergio.

Thanks for the post. I remember looking at the GDT as well that day and it was moving along very quickly. It almost felt like this forum had as much activity as the Spurs Talk forum. The only time that there were more people logged into KO was during Melo's Knicks' debut, but I don't recall the thread for that game being as busy as it was for the T-Mac game. Watching that game in 2010 had all the excitement you could ask for until McGrady missed those two FT's towards the end of regulation. After that, the hype went away and T-Mac was an afterthought.
