Sheeet and Gumby Practicing

Tweet from Alan "Me So" Hahny:
"Rasheed Wallace and Marcus Camby both on practice court with Knicks.
First time team has had all 15 players together on court this season."

don't know what thread to put this in, so i figured i'd throw it out there.
i think this is great news, hopefully a healthy sign of things to come, in
time for playoff push. Can Knicks get back to beginning-of-season style
defense with Sheeet/Gumby in 2nd lineup? Will this allow STAT back in
starting five?

That's the long term plan, and the Knicks will be much better for it. Getting Shump back at the 2, Kidd coming from the bench, Amar'e starting at the 4, Melo at the 3 and front court bench depth of KT, Sheed and Camby makes the Knicks a much stronger team.

Will take a while for Sheed and Camby to get back into game shape though because of their age.

Good since our slide coincided with Sheet going down and brewer demoted. He avg'ed 7.2 pts and 4.2 reb's. We're giving up 6.8 points more. We actually went 15-13 with him out.

I posted a reply in the "midseason thread" and you replied "..."

Does that mean you agreed or disagreed?

I din't read too much into this. They were only doing conditioning stuff, which is what they've been doing but off on their own. When they are actually practicing together then wake me up. Until then, lets sign a big to help out NOW.

Crazy .... the return of Sheed got u back .. watup! :smokin:

Sheed, Camby, Kurt, and Kidd has become the missing back-ground on the court
However, these missing old-heads is at every game keeping our lockerroom discipline at winning a .640 edge toward postseason .. they there when not their

Through the last 27 games our 14-13 record actually demoted our true potential.
We were looking like a fishy bunch with the "two Ego super-stars" dividing the coach & players.
The communication level on court with Melo & Stat .. isss just a little better than lastseason.
Big reason why Sheed & Camby have to come back to perform in the final 25+ games to give teammates confidence

Say what u want ......
coincidence Camby first return happen to be the same week of Stat return (tandem).
When coach Woody put Camby in the starting-lineup .. I knew Camby was out-out-out
It's time for Woody to be advised by our old-heads
