How good could the Nets be with Carter?

How good could the Nets acually be with Carter? They don't have much of a bench or PF/C but ya' never know......

Any thoughts?

well...with carter you never really know...what if he becomes one of the greatest nets player of all time???or what if he will get injured(again and again) and his carrer will reach to an end???

Even with Carter, other than Kidd and barley Jefferson they have nothing......

If the nets are smart they deal Jason Kidd. Short term pain for long term gain. Get a younger PG, maybe a PF to replace K-Mart. If they could 3 way trade and get someone like Swift or some other PF that mildy more athletic than Jason Collins, they be extremely competitive. East or West.

Carter has proven through out his career that he's not a difference maker. I don't think they'll even make the playoffs this year.

ill have to disagree. carter makes a big difference he makes up for the loss of kittles. but they doesnt help on the loss of Kmart....they DO need to trade the aging Kidd for what he can get them and yes that is a good YOUNG pf
