he might make the team. When your looking at your 14th and 15th man you just want somebody who can practice reliably and shows signs he can play minutes reasonably well (knowing schemes, playing D, etc) if injuries/garbage time happens. Look at copeland as an example of just having somebody available who can do his own thing.
Also Toure is a tweener which means he could potentially add depth to both guard spots. Then as for PG if any of the 3 guys ahead of him get injured (which unfortunately is likely) they might not have to OD on the minutes of the other two..... especially in the case of pablo.
