What we were doing right towards mid of season?

Whoever was factoring on Afflalo factoring heavily into our season towards success, didn't do enough factoring of player's history. Listen it's real simple we caught mad breaks first half of the season.

We played OKC no Durant
We played Wash no Bradley Beal
We played Bucks no Jabari Parker
We played Charlotte no Al Jefferson and no Kidd Gilchrist
We played Rockets no Dwight Howard
We played Bulls no Pau Gasol
We played Utah no Derrick Favors

We played Philly 3 times before we played 44gms and a host of teams who were under .500 before the midway point. Add to the fact we have an overall trash roster and suspect system, there were no real indications we were going to be anything but a bad team. The wheels came off after our win in Utah game 44.

All pretty terrible signings considering the cupboards were bare for Phil to restock

So True - So True
However ..... after the preseason games our coaching-staff were suppose to select 11 players on the roster to GELL into the tri-angle offense rotation in 30 to 40 games straight. We never gained any type of chemistry in the triangle offense, because our head-coach start DNP the bench players he had in the 10 man rotation we start the season with for other bench players as early as mid November.
Our new trash-players we added to the team in the off-season are individual role-players having certain elite talent.
Afflalo did not play in the preseason games, nor did AA play in all of our first 10 games of the season.
AA should have came off the bench to earn to be in the starter lineup.

Plus no one want to mention our 2nd unit trash players lineup at the start of the season (Quinn D.Will Lance Gallo Grant) were much better on offense n defense than our starter lineup players. In November a healthy Quinn n D.Will were DNP for 6 straight games so the headcoach could experiment with putting other bench players in the rotation.
