Phil Jackson to step down as Knicks President

Wow, just wow. The best psychic in the world may have predicted this after the Hornacek news last night, but as far as myself, I am caught completely by surprise.

No confirmation I've seen from this tweet from the LA Times. Guys post anything you see confirming this.

Upon further review, that Twitter source is bogus. Oh well, good job on getting this thread up so fast though, Tiger. As far as we know, PJ resignation news may be a real story in the not so distant future.

If this news is true there may have been a lot going on behind the scenes, perhaps PJ wanting to name Rambis as HC and Dolan saying no which challenged PJ's autonomy.

Or maybe just that vacation to his Wyoming home where he just decided he had enough.

I posted this but damn it doesn't make a whole lot of sense.

Looks like a bogus Tweet. LA Times just tweeted that this isn't their account.

There has been another tweet saying that the Knicks are considering rehiring Isiah Thomas to be president of basketball operations.
