Default Should Jeff Hornacek be dismissed during All Star break?

After the Knicks LOSS to the Wizards last night should coach Hornacek be 100% blamed for the loss after the Knicks had a 27 point lead in the game?
Should the Knicks GM remind Hornacek that this Wizards loss adds up to the 4th time in this season the Knicks had a 20 point lead n loss the game?
Or should Hornacek pack up n workout a deal to resign during the all-star break?

There's an old saying that goes ..
Good coaches win or develop talent ..
    Great coaches do both!
We all seen in the past decade that guys like coach Popovich can do both.

I always had mixed feelings on Jeff Hornacek from his two season as head coach of Phoenix Suns .. after 1 n half season as Knicks headcoach it's already established Hornacek does not fit on a young rebuilding team.
I would rather play all our young core of players the remaining games after the all-break .. Bring on the yoot

Let the new GM pick who he wants his head coach to be, then we will see everyone on the same page.
There is no way Trey Burke shouldn't have played last night when both of our pg's was stinking up the floor.

I want Hornacek gone as much as anybody. Maybe it does make more sense to wait until the season is over, but hell, put Rambis back in charge. He should be able to handle the idea of playing the young guys and we will have no problem tanking our way through the rest of the season with him leading the way.

Jeff Hornacek is in a no win situation, it would take a miracle at this point. You already see the effort he's getting now on a 8 game losing streak. With nothing to play for in the last qtr of the season, and no desire to win, how is that suppose to help him .. plus the recent loss probably sealed his fate.

Jeff Hornacek reiterated following Wednesday night’s debacle defeat that he plans to feature the younger players after the All-Star break, specifically point guards Frank Ntilikina, Emmanuel Mudiay and Trey Burke. The hope is to set a new rotation during the practices next week. It’s an organizational decision that also symbolizes a concession to another playoff-less campaign.

“It’s probably all three of those young guys (playing more) — Frank, Emmanuel and Trey — and we’ll slide a couple of them in the two-guard spot,” the coach said. “Whether it’s Trey and Emmanuel or some combination of those guys — Emmanuel and Frank, as well.”

Horn should stop babying Ntilikina, throw him in the water and see if he can swim. I'm looking for 27-31 mins a game from here on out. Nits says he's confident he's going to be a player in the NBA, he can start showing how good he is after the ASG.

agreed, horn has handled the youth development extremely poor this year; doghousing willy, frank, dotson, burke, kornet, baker, going with bench players jack, lee and lance as starters, coach’s ****ty substitutions leading to losses. clinging to losing strategies that only work if team is shooting well; no ball movement... so many reasons horn sucks for this team. Let Scott Perry clean house and bring in a winning coach with a proven record of developing players and playing team ball.

So true .. Perry has to bring in a new coaching staff in the offseason that has experience developing young players ..
Mark Jackson should be first on the list of coaches to hire asap.

Bullshat! Hornacek has prove to be a career TANKING headcoach in Phoenix n New York.
Steve Kerr inherited a 2nd round postseason team when he took the GS Warriors job.

Steve Kerr Dantoni n Gentry made the Phoenix Suns a uptempo ssol small ball postseason team then stupid trades by Steve Kerr made the Phoenix Suns a lottery team the past 8 seasons.
