Nance was my choice to win the slam dunk. Not watching but I said it had to suck with 3 guys less than 6'3" participating. Oladipo is not 6'4".

Donovan Mitchell dunks over 2 children and Kevin Hart and gets a 50. Mitchell vs Nance Jr in the finals.

All the misses really killed the momentum. All 4 guys have attempted super impressive dunks, but Oladipo and DSJ had 7 missed dunks between them. DSJ should compete again next year. The 2nd dunk he landed was awesome, but too little too late.

Nance Jr on the alley-oop from his dad. Took him 2 tries, but he landed a thunderous windmill jam.

Mitchell off the backboard and crushes it home one-handed. Mitchell leads 50 to 46. One more dunk.

Nance Jr throws it off the backboard, catches it in mid air, throws it off the backboard again, catches it again, and throws home the dunk. Insane. Needless to say it’s a 50.

Donovan Mitchell changes into the vintage Vince Carter Raptors jersey and throws down the spinning dunk. Mitchell gets a 48 and wins 98 - 96. Mitchell continues to deliver in his rookie year.

Congrats to Donovan Mitchell. He's listed at 6'3" but more like 6'1" + winning the dunk contest is pretty close to the 5'9" Nate Robinson winning it.

Even losing a couple guys to injury, Lebron looks like he has the better team. I also think Team Lebron might have a few more egomaniacs on it, so they’re going to try a little harder in this no-defense game.

If you’re the NBA, you have to be pretty happy with how this experiment turned out.

Somehow Jimmy Butler managed to not play a single minute in this game. He must have had some arrangement with D’Antoni.

The ASG had become a joke so I stopped watching it a couple of yrs ago. This year like you say, a different game guys playing D with chase down blocks, trap D's, complaining about fouls and calls and Team Lebron coming back after being down double digits middle of the 4th for the win made it an exciting game.
