These Knicks certainly don?t have the offense to succeed ? except in the race for a top draft pick, and you know that Fizdale is well aware of that fact.
Here is a fun statistic from Sunday night: The Knicks produced 13 assists. The Magic had 31. The Knicks are dead last in assists. They don?t have the offensive flow. The Knicks missed 14-of-15 3-point attempts in the first half, establishing the Magic?s offense.
Sure, every loss gets the Knicks closer to a better draft pick, but certain principles have to be established. Aspects of the game must be drilled into these players right now and getting after it defensively is No. 1. That must become a calling card for Fizdale and the Knicks.

This was some effort by MRob getting off the floor and then busting his ass to get to the 3 or line to block a shot. One of the bright spots this season.
I was half joking but Jimmer might be better than any of the 3 guys we have playing the position. If only Jimmer could defend.

When the trend of playing for the top pick ends? it has been a very long time right? and the funny thing is we are not getting picks that can change the franchise!!!! we are getting mediocre players who we try to develop for couple of years then sell them for peanuts. great players will show from day one, we don't need to dig to see their talents or wait 5 years for them to start producing good numbers...... KP started big directly, he was s good pick, the rest are good role players at best..... if one of them miraculously developed to be super start, great we will take it, but it is brutal to keep waiting for players like Knits, Mario, Muday, Burk ....etc to show up and carry the franchise....... we are basically waiting for great luck to come our way.... just sit there and wait for a player like Lebron, Kobe or Jordan to change the franchise...... till then we are the laughing stock of the NBA

Probably, THJR is the only player loggin major minutes everyone else is a little skittish with minutes. Even on a back-to-back this isn't an acceptable excuse and shouldn't be vocalized...especially not this early in the season

Why are rookie MitchRob making excuses for our NO-Play & NO-Plan head coach Fizdale?
Does Fizdale look like he know what he is doing?
The Knicks did not look tired at the end of a back to back, the Knicks looked lost & embarrassed on the court for 48 minute.
The Magic had the Knicks number from tip-off to the final buzzer of the game, the Knicks couldn't score on their first ten possession at the start of the game.
I really wish the Knicks would have hired Mark Jackson, or Nets head coach Kenny Atkinson before hiring Hornacek & Fizdale ....
Fizdale first mistake were never playing the Knicks starter lineup in any preseason games.
Fizdale next mistake were changing the starter lineup after 5 games, then placing 3 defensive players MitchRob/Vonleh/Dotson into the new starter lineup with Frank.
We dont need all our defensive players getting into early foul trouble in the first half, we would like to have our defensive players available to be in the 4th quarter Finisher-lineup for Stops & Fouls for a win.
Then Fizdale put together a no-defensive bench lineup full of offensive players .. Kanter & Burke need to be in the starter lineup working on their picknroll, giv-n-go, plus working together to get Knicks opponents in early foul trouble at the start of games.
Why not balance the lineups out ???

Timmy has to know that he is not the best option for the team and not the superstar of the franchise, when he play as if he is part of the team and not the number one option ball will move better. he acts as if he is Lebron or Kobe, and when he start shooting non stop the whole team goes out of sync. the coach should ask him to chill, he is paid as a superstar but he is not.... he is JR Smith 2.0
