Harden cracks 50 51 pts now despite fatigue setting in late in the game and missing a lot of shots.

2 points in the 4th... Heís exhausted. Probably wouldíve scored 90 had Hou had a few nights off before this game.

Bone head Fiz gets thrown out complaining about a call and giving the Rox a point on his tech. Rule #1 don't give a pt away in a close game.

Knicks take the lead on inexplicable TO by PJ and Mudiay sinks FTs for a 108-107 lead but Harden comes back with his freebies to take the lead back 109-108 with 20 secs left. Knicks ball, let's go Knicks.

Trier with a sweet move to give NYK the lead but EG makes it rain. HOU up 2 with 10 seconds left. Harden with 59 (second most vs NYK since 1968).

Knicks lob it to Vonleh near half court.... ISO Noah not the best call. Harden strips him and slams down 61 to tie Kobe for most points vs NYK since 1968.

You couldnít draw up a worse play, even if you called a random fan out of the mezzanine level and let him go isO.

Great call if youíre on team tank.

Trier with a drive to get the Knicks lead. Gordon comes back with a 3 from the top to get the Rox a 2 pt lead. Vonleh TO on the inbounds and Harden gets the ball and dunks it. Rox win 114-110 in a nail biter, Harden with 61.

    31-10-3 for Trier;
    0-2-6 for Knits.

Trier only played 9 minutes more (32 to 23 minutes).

Vonleh should have not put it on the deck with the pressure he was under even though he's got a good handle for a big man. Still can't blame him for a loss on that TO because we were down 2 pts on that last play.

Those are the numbers that an 8th pick should have at least once in 2 years Mr. Ntilikina. Zero pts tonight.

Still shot 17-38 and went to the charity stripe 25 times, I enjoyed watching him. He would have have had 90 like you said if he was hitting his long ball, he did a lot of other things besides scoring the ball, 5 steals 15 RBs. Great game by him and a career high 61 for him and tying an MSG scoring record for an opponent set by Kobe.

James Harden finished with 61 points and 15 rebounds against the Knicks.

    - Tied for the most points by a visitor at the current MSG
    - 1st player with 60 points and 15 rebounds in a game since Shaq in 2000
    - 1st player in NBA history to attempt 20 threes and 20 free throws pic.twitter.com/p2bW6DLA1D

Heís a special talent. If only we lost a few extra games and ended up with Westbrook or Harden and Curry. Those 2 drafts, along with 1987 draft, is what prevented Knicks from about 7 NBA titles.

Dantoni needed his showman, ball-dominating scorer... He needed his conductor maestro. Nash... now Harden. Too bad old fudgy fart Donnie Walsh (no offense, for my godfather played with DW, and Larry Brown, and Doug Moe at UNC (1960). Heís the kid from Rye, NY)... too bad Wash didnít have the smarts to tank for Dantís PG. Only a few HOF guys available those 1st 2 years... we walked away with Gallo and Hill.

Harden busted my bracket at AZ, he broke up OKC (Curse of SEA), and barfed when HOU was poised to dethrone GSW. I have beef with him, but only for those heart aches. Knicks provide plenty enough of that.
