D.Nichols isnt any savior, but his peremeter shooting from the 3 would've kept us in alot of games by opening up the court for inside scoring from Curry & Lee. He would've gain the confidence of his teammates from the peremeter, plus his peremeter defense at the SG position would've help the Knicks in more ways than Crawford, Jones, and Jefferies performance. <!-- / message --><!-- sig -->

No one special really, Anthony Robertson is Eddie House, maybe he could make the team?

demitrius nichols would be nice coming off the bench in a D'antoni system. Hes got the 3pt shot we need and hes half decent at defense. give him another go!

Von wafer... aint that the dude that dropped like 48 on us last year in the summer league even thought we ended up winning that game? Damn why he still in summer league for lol?

Von Wafer scored 21 ppg (3.3 apg 2.9 rpg .88 spg) in d-league in 06-07, in 07-08 he was in nba he scored 1.6 ppg. Paul Miller scored .8 ppg and .4 rpg as a C in 06-07. Dan Grunfeld has 12 ppg in college, with 4.8 rpg. Last year in spain they scouted him as: Can score in a variety of ways including perimeter jump shots, drives to the basket or in the post ... Is a gifted passer with a great feel for the game.

Antonio Graves had 9.2 ppg in college his last season, and scored 40 in a game in france, player of the week for france twice last season. He was number 1 on France's top 10 NBA ready stars. here is his report:
Graves flew under the radar in college because he was victim of the system. Pittsburgh runs a slow-it-down system that focuses on defense and limits players from reaching individual statistics. Graves graduated from college in May 2007 and spent the first half of the year playing in the CBA before signing with Pau-Orthez. He wasted no time adjusting to new rules and teammates by compiling 27 points and eight assists in his international debut.

He led Pau from last to ninth place, falling one game short of the playoffs by averaging 20.3 ppg while shoting 44 percent from the 3-point line and 83 percent from the free throw line. He came one point per game shy of winning the scoring title, finishing second. He scored in double figures 17 out of 18 games with 10 20-plus point games. Graves was nominated for player of the month two times and earned the honor once by breaking a record, scoring 40 pointsin 30 minutes in a road win over first place ASVEL, while averaging 27 ppg throughout the month of February.

NBA Readiness: Graves is an NBA ready combo guard that can play both PG and SG positions. He knows how to utilize change of speeds and has explosive first step. He has freakish athleticism with incredible strength and conditioning. His game is perfectly suited for the NBA. He can explode to the basket or pull up and use his mid-range game. He has NBA range and proved it in the CBA by shooting 45% from 3. He has great vision and can score from anywhere making him extremely dangerous in one-on-one scenarios. Graves is also extremely efficient and willing to take on any role needed to help his team win. Along with his great offensive ability he is equally as dangerous on the defensive side. He is a shut down defender that can guard any PG or SG in the NBA. Most importantly Graves is unselfish, coachable, and has a tenacious work ethic. Look for Graves to make an NBA roster this summer and to have an instant impact in the NBA.

Marcus Hall scored 14 ppg in college last season

Good pick up, he could be like our second round pick

Delonte Holland got suspended from his Euro team because of "PROBLEMS WITH HIS COACH!!!!!" His Euro stats are: 19 ppg, hes a hot shot that can score. 5.6 rpg .7 bpg and 1.7 spg, he can play d

Brandon Hunter played in nba few years ago, 3ppg many of the seasons hes older http://www.nba.com/playerfile/brandon_hunter/index.html

Antoine Johnson played in cba, no other info on him, he can't be that good

Paul Miller scored 13 ppg in wsu, 6.6 rpg in 05-06

Anthony Robertson:

Career: Aoshen (China-CBA, 2002-04), Aoshen (USA-ABA, 2005-06).

Zhang Songtao will be in competition with Tang Zhengdong for a center reserve spot at the 2006 FIBA World Championship in Japan. He is a pure center and has improved a lot this season playing in the ABA with the Beijing Aoshen Olympian, a team banned from the CBA two years ago which competed in an American minor league this season. He has little chances of making the team this summer because Yao Ming, Wang Zhizhi and even Yi Jianlian are better than him.

But Zhang Songtao remains an interesting prospect for the future and especially for the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. He is teaming with other promising Chinese players Sun Yue and Huang Haibei in the ABA.

There is your look at the summer league players, watch out for Antonio Graves!!!
