VOTE FOR AMARE

I cant even believe Gallinari is on the ballot. :teeth:

NBA is a little lazy, but sadly a lot of stupid fans out there are misinformed by ESPN and MSG marketing. Its a shame that Chandler is not on the ballot as he is quietly having a career season and is one of the best forwards in the league this year.

They make the ballot before the season begins. Gallinari was the projected starter, Chandler was the projected 6th man, so Gallo made the ballot.

Paul Millsap also did not make the ballot.

How in the hell did Gallos frail ass make it on the Ballot? The fix must be in...talk about a sham.

Try reading...from the post directly above you:

It's a shame that stupid people vote in guys like KG and Melo over legitimate MVP candidates like Amare and Dirk....

Horrible.....

Evidently you did not read (as usual). There's no fix in. The committee decides on a few players from each team to make the ballot in the preseason - Gallo at the time was a projected starter and our projected #2 scoring option, if they put three guys on the ballot it would have been a no brainer pre-season.

If you want to claim "fix" (which does not exist), look at Paul Millsap, putting up huge numbers not on the ballot. But, alas, he wasn't one of the top three Jazz players pre-season and as a result did not make the ballot.

Also, the foreign contingent is heavy, which is why Yao Ming got picked year after year after mediocre year...1 billion Chinese voters will do that.

In foreign countries there is much more name value, much less actual day-to-day play.

Yea I noticed that shiyt too kiddo...

freakin Yao "I'll never play again" Ming is set to be an All Star starter...

YOu know what? We need to get RID of some teams, bring it back to like, say, 26 teams. Get rid of NJ, Sac, the Wolves, etc...

Those franchises are going NOWHERE fast...

They had this crap worked out before the season started, but Gallo isn't living up to his end.The fact that he starter over Will is enough for me. You can believe what you want (as always).

What in God's name are you trying to say?

Does anyone know what this guy is talking about, or are these just incoherent ramblings?

Lame mans term...
The coach knew Will the Thrill was better so (as usual) he gave every opportunity/chance for Gallo to shine...

Far fetch you think? not hardly...you'll be suprise how grimy sports can be.

Layman's terms is the correct term of art.

And you are probably right. The coach put Gallo in the projected starting lineup, risking his job and the millions of dollars that go with it along with the respect of NY fans in order to have Danilo Gallinari put on the All-Star Ballot with no guarantee that he would even make the All Star Game. /sarcasm/

Yup! Thats the coach looking out for his boy. as always. How discreet he is with it doesn't matter at all. It is what it is...

Sometimes the conspiracy theories get out of hand...

Do I believe D'Antoni kept Gallo in the starting lineup b/c he felt Wilson would be better off the bench? Yes.

Would I believe D'Antoni kept Gallo in the starting lineup b/c he is his God-son and hand picked draft pick? You might be able to sell me on it.

Would I believe that D'Antoni kept Gallo b/c he needs Gallo to pan out this year, because it's now or never? I would, if there were evidence presented in support.

Would I ever, in a million years, believe D'Antoni kept Gallo in the starting lineup for the purpose of getting him on the ballot (not in the game...on the ballot) to a meaningless game where Yao Ming of all people can be voted in as a starter? No. And if you believe that, you are an idiot.

I have been a long time lurker, first time poster, but I literally had to sign up just so I can tell you that every single time I read one of your posts, my I.Q. sinks a point.

Since I highly doubt anyone could sincerely be that retarded behind a computer, I must assume that you're either a bot, or 16 year old kid on Ritalin.

Both Amar'e and Felton will be playing in the All Star game, and to have two players from this team playing with the best is something I couldn't have wished for more at the beginning of the season.

Go Knicks!

Its his fam dude, everyone always looks out for their fam first. And he has done it many of times. You don't have to believe it, You don't even have to take what I say seriously (but you are). Believe what you want and I'll do the same. I've seen enough evidence to think other wise. If you think this is a fair and respectable Biz ( now really, what biz is? ) then there are a few books out there made specially for Idiots...cope a few.
