As the playoff race is officially over, Jeff Hornacek is trying different lineups giving plenty of minutes to those players who got less attention earlier in the season.
After Sasha Vujacic started against the Heat a few days ago, last night it was Maurice Ndour‘s time to enjoy the floor. Ndour shined with his first double double (13 points and 12 rebounds) in his first start as a Knick with his mother watching him from the crowd as New York beat Chicago 100-91.
“My mom is in town, so I’m pretty excited about that, on her first day watching me play in the U.S. It was really a special moment. I had joy and I had fun out there. I enjoyed myself playing, not only for the team but for her. It was amazing.” [Source]
