Not even close, I place more blame on Douggie's 1-11 shooting game. Felton has been averaging almost 8 assists a game, he is nowhere near the biggest problem on our team. In the 4th quarter during this game, NO ONE showed effort. We were in it and then we gave up. Simple as that. At least he isn't Duhon.
Felton has had a couple of GRENADE games.
We can all handle and understand a player having bad off nights. But felton's had a couple of very egregious ones already, where he didn't just play bad.
He COLLAPSED. In such a way that it gets attributed to a deeper flaw in his winning (or losing) mentality and makeup. Or at least his fit in a system D'ant seems deadset on.
WOW.
I hope Felton is dealt the moment the clock strikesmidnight 12/15, when we can trade free agents signed over the Summer.
Loss goes squarely on RF's poor play.

Is there a team in the NBA with a worse back court?
I?ll take Duke?s guards over this bunch (Irving, Smith, Curry, Dawkins, Thornton).
Gordon, Jennings, Tyreke, Curry...Mayo.
I guess Walsh only likes to show chutzpah and pull out the red carpet on trades and deals when we are getting 10cents to the dollar and dumping a 1yr MLE contract of a defensive specialist for 2.5 lotto picks including a rookie.
(Chandler and any of the above players are ours, along with another one)
Curry
Gordon
Pretty sick backfield. No $ needed for Felton, either...
Felton can't run the pick and roll. Our offense is based on the p&r. Either Felton or Mike D have to go or we wont win 30 games.
Sorry. Felton should have had 20+ points, 10+ assists vs Lowry.
He was awful in the 4th, when HOU pulled away. Loss all on him and Douglas, and coach who had those 2 and Mason in the game in the 4th.
I don't even understand how this post makes sense? When did we have the opportunity to take Curry or Tyreke? What are you trying to say with this post?
Chandler + #8 (or wherever we selected Hill) would have gotten us the #3 pick from the Kings or Wiz, I forget (whoever selected Tyreke Evans). But we sat tight, played it safe and conservative, and hoped to have one of the guards fall to us. We then panicked on Hill; who was subsequently dumped like a 60yr old street walker, along with a swapped 1st rounder, and another 1st round pick, to dump Jeffries.
It strikes me as insane that Walsh would be so bold, ballsy, and resourceful to "just get it done", in trading Jeffries...
But gambles on complacency and playing it conservative in so many other spots. Even when he broadcasts to the world how much we want Curry/a pg or guard.
Of course, this ballsy/bold/resourcefulness in getting rid of Jeffries/cap....came to a screeching halt the moment other teams began to counter-move us (MIA notably..also CHI)...and we just sat tight, played it safe and conservative, and hoped the player would fall into our laps (ie Lebron, Wade).
In sum, I think Walsh is a hack. Or basically just like most mediocre GMs. And we've needed a lot more than mediocrity. I don't think he's terrible, which makes it more difficult; because he has come so seemingly close to powermoving us into real promise, and knows what we need and needs to do. He just can't do it.
NOt sure if Chandler was enough but I don't recall the details. If you're going to be the GM and hire Mike D'antoni, and you had the chance to trade up and draft Steph Curry... You are a fool to pass on that opportunity.
Sure, T-Evans would have been just as good. But to watch MIN pull that deal off, and to get so close to Curry... THAT FREAKING HURTS.
Curry is exactly what NY needed. Imagine if Curry was running this team right now.
Who wouldn't trade Chandler and Gallo and that pick (8) to have Curry-Stat, with hope of Melo!
