well actually surprising, the knicks had a better chance last year at having the #6 pick (36%) than the #5 pick (26%) even though they were the 5th worst team in the league that year.

The Bulls just got lucky..you can never predict or expect that. Watch Phoenix gets the 1st pick to give the West 7 of the 1st 8 picks in the draft.

yeah, strange about the chances of moving 5th to 6th. I think it's just because so many teams behind you, your bound to have someone leap frog into the top 3. everyone who was suppose to pick before 9th(Chicago) got moved back last year when they won 1st overall pick. the 3rd and 4th seeded picks also have higher% to get dropped down.
3rd seeded pick has 16% chance to remain 3rd, 23% chance to bump to 4th, 26% chance to bump to 5th!
4th seed almost 10% to remain 4th, 35% to go 5th
heck the 2 seed has 32% to get bumped all the way to 4th
But as the 8th seed we are most likely to remain 8th. Most of leap frogging should happen below us.
Question do we own this draft right? we owe 1 to someone somewhere(may be a second rounder we owe)?
