POR trades away their entire team and they still easily beat Knicks, ending game on a 53-21 run? final 17 minutes.
Knicks up 23 in third Q? up 15 in 4th?
Feeling great? beat GSW?. 2 winnable contests coming up? gonna be a nice flight home.

That was a master-mind in tanking. You have to be the Coach of the Year to lose a game where your team was up 98-86 with 8 minutes to go !!!
Coach Thibs only giving Quickley & Obi Toppin & Cam Reddish the first 2 min in the 4th qtr. before taking them out for the starter lineup are all on coach Thibs & Randle.
The LOSS has a lot to do with Thibs giving Randle 41 min of playing-time, and Obi Toppin 7 min.
Randle's (41 min), Grimes (37 min), and Fournier's (36 min) were to tired on defense to keep up with the Blazers running transition offense in the 4th quarter where the Blazers scored 35 pts to the Knicks half-court offense of Randle's Hero-Ball 11 pts.
Randle/Kemba being the Knicks facilitator slowed down the Knicks to play a half-court offense on every offensive possession in the 4th quarter to only score 11 pts in the final quarter.
While coach Billups Blazers were down by 15 pts to start the 4th quarter, having the new addition of PG John Hart speed-up the tempo to score quickly in a running transition to tie the game and take a one pt lead with 4 min remaining in the game .... Yes, the Blazers ran the Knicks out of Portland.
For those of you on Randle/Barret's jock so hard you can?t see the other three or four teammates on the court and how they are reacting to Randle/Barrett's hero ball tactics in the 4th quarter of each game. The two Hero-Ball players (Randle & Barrett) has never showed to be 4th qtr. winners under pressure, nor have they showed to be on the same-page with their teammates in a lineup.
The Knicks best running transition players on offense/defense has been D.Rose 2nd unit lineup of ..
Quickley Burks Obi and Taj Gibson two season experience in a lineup.
Obi received 7 min of playing time, Quickley received 11 min, and Taj Gibson leadership are not recognized when he have to play in a lineup with Randle calling all the shots.

Coach Thibs let Randle & Barrett play the entire first quarter (12 minute) every game, and they combine for 4-19 in a first quarter lots of time.
Obi received 7 min in 4 quarters, Quickley 11 min, Cam 14 min !!!

Kiyaman........I dont think anyone disagrees about the lack of minutes players on the team get or that others have too many minutes.......this is on ThiBs....
