Ok, is it too early to be critical of Raymond Felton?

Felton is about equal to Duhon as a play maker, he's a worse outside shooter, but he can create for himself a hair better. He also a better rebounder and defender. All around he's a very small upgrade, but not one that's going to make a significant difference in our win count at the end of the year unless he becomes a more consistent and better shooter.

I just commented in the game thread that Felton looked slow and could not break down a defense. I looked up the scouting report on the guy coming out of college and speed is one of his strengths, am I nuts or does he seem slow to you guys.
