@ 5:40, Donnie highlights his concern for trading role players to gain immediate improvement as opposed to maintaining cap flexibility and depth.

I'm glad he's taken that stance, and think that his typical, patient and cautious approach is, as it has been, the best mindset concerning any changes for this team.

Glad to hear. The team isn't great, but it's good, and is in a great position for the future.

Besides the fact of me dodging bullets right now on account of the New Year im glad Donnie has spoken up a bit.

Maybe Gallo will feel a lil better and start hitting shots again while consistently driving to the bucket.
