Sergio is not the poor man's Steve Nash, unfortunately. He's more like the Grizzlies Jason Williams, perhaps worse shooter but better running the offense. Hope D'Antoni will develop him in to a competent run&gun PM, but there's only one Nash. Anyway, he fits perfect on this year's Knicks game plan- not a great shooter and mediocre defender, as Duhon, but fast, creative, great penetrator, and showtime oriented- but not the PM for a LeBron James-based team. King James needs shooting guards as Mo Williams or Boobie Gibson, and Rodr?guez is not.

By the way, I have been revising Sergio’s game-by-game log at basketball-reference.com and this is my analysis on his contribution depending on his play time:
When playing more than 20 mins<o></o>
40 GS; 24 MP 8.5 P; 2.3 R; <st1:metricconverter productid="5.9 a" w:st="on">5.9 A</st1:metricconverter>; 1 S; 2.1 TO; FG% .455; 3P% .386; FT% .717<o></o>

It’s amazing how PT affects his shooting average. I think we talk about confidence here…<o></o>
At least, NY fans, you sure enjoy this games until the end of season. You probably will not make the playoff, this team can't defend my grand mummy's bridge team, but you will have a bunch of crazy no-looking passes, alley ups... and some stupid TO's too, I'm afraid.<o></o>

Good luck! (and sorry for my poor English)<o></o>
