2017 NBA Lottery Thread and Knicks Fan Prayer Circle

Shows how I never learn..... I really thought there was no way NYK fell to 8th.... I thought 7 was a kick but seriously had not an ankling there was a chance we would fall a spit. Ha!

SAC wanted to clear cap space.... make a deal with PHI to clear up 13 mil.... trade right to swap and 2 years later PHI has the 3rd pick.

Meanwhile, Phil can't even trade a potential hOF player at end of his prime for anything. Lol. Wow.

NBA is smart.... Boston gets best player (Fultz), Ball stays in LA (like Lebron in CLE, Rose in CHI), and they continue to rebuild PHI. NYK is a money maker even if they suck.... so there is no need to assist this market.

We Knicks fans are gonna cry next season if Philly make the right move in the offseason, starting in selecting one of the top 5 PG prospects in the draft, the Jahlil Okafor trade may go down in offseason, plus having the cap-space to sign a few veteran FA to give Joel Embiid the strength to lift Philly to the playoffs .. while our Knicks stay in rebuilding mode again.

Philly didnt really win big tonight..... LAK was the big winner. If LA fell out of top 3, PHI gets their pick this year and ORL gets their first rounder in 2019.

If you're PHILLY.... would you prefer the 4th pick in this draft plus another top 10 pick or would you rather just have the 3rd pick?

Now, I love FOX, so if they take him.... darn it! But this is the team that took Okafor over KP.... they'll blow this pick.

Right now, if NYK get Monk or Fox.... we won big time. If we get Smith, Frenchie or Isaac.... we got a good prospect.

Isaac would be perfect fit next to KP!

Anyway, Monk or Smith or Fox could be just as good as Ball or Fox.

And.... we still get a top pick next year!

Watch Phil trade 8th pick for 13 and 19 then draft two 4 year seniors.

But, there's a great chance we get a 10 years starter.... knowing NYK tho, Fox goes 3rd and then Monk goes 7th.... both are studs.... then we get the bust between Isaac, Smith, Frenchie.

A few years ago the Bulls had like a 1% chance to ge the #1 pick and then hometown boy D-Rose falls into their laps. So the NBA made sure the Lakers didn't lose thier pick and EC finalist gets the #1 pick. Great. That's why tanking is stupid because the lottery is rigged so the sorry teams like Kings stay awful while the Lakers get all the luck.

Dude the Kings got pick #5 and #10 in this draft and the Celtics/Lakers had the odds on their side. This isn't the draft to make a strong case for fixing, but you have a point with the Chicago and of course Cleveland drafts, very suspicious

We got Ewing.... so it equals out, right? We've been in the lottery 14 times and have fallen 5 times.... still, we did win once.... just stinks it was 3 decades ago.

You right .. Lakers WON big time in the Lottery .. the Lakers put a new name to TANKING in the regular season lmao
The 76ers did not do so bad, they came out twice as better than the Knicks in the lottery.
If Philly waste the chance to improve like they did the past few seasons and not take advantage of their position in the draft, and offseason FA market, then they are LOSERS! And Phil Jackson should be talking to this loser organization on a trade for Melo.
I still cant believe Philly gave away a 2-way double-double star role-player Nerlens Noel for nothing to Dallas to put the Mavs on the map in the future.
Philly 76ers has been doing everything in their power not to win games in the NBA after they traded away the Snow and Iverson combination. It's no coincidence why all Philly's draft picks dont want to be a part of the 76ers organization, so the draft picks sit out their rookie season with some so-call injury.
Embiid is the closes player Ive seen with Olyjuwon/Chamberlain athletic performance.

Philly took the 2nd best player in the draft with their 3rd pick selecting Okafor.
Lakers were stupid for listing to Phil Jackson on selecting D'Angelo Russell.
