Ben Simmons want out of Philly !!!

You take a chance with a guy with bad knee?s and no other team wanted. A number #1 option becomes available that has no physical problem but he?s a head case? A head case that can play!!
You don?t have the luxury of being picky about #1 option when they become available. They ain?t walking the streets saying ?here I am come get me?!!
BTW, by signing Walker don?t we have the same problem they had?? But of course that alright, huh??

Kyrie has had plenty of injuries. I’ll look it up later but I bet that he’s averaged less than 60 games a season over his career.

Nets announced that they’re not going to allow him to play or practice part time so unless he relents on getting vaccinated he won’t suit up. Good decision if you ask me, to not let him play part time, maybe the Nets hardening their stance puts pressure on him to get vaccinated before the season starts. Kyrie did seem to be conciliatory re: getting vaccinated saying he can’t play today but is not putting limits on the future.

He’s averaged 58.2 games a season over a 10 year career. Kemba has averaged 70.4 games a season over his 10 years.

Kyrie doesn?t have the knee issue that exist with Walker.
Now if the amount of games play is your defense for Walker then why didn?t the Celtic?s keep him. Why is it no other team but the helpless Knicks went fishing? Stat?s are good in it place but a common sense should also be used along with those things you can?t measure.
Kyrie is a #1 option. The only other #1 option is D.Rose. Let be clear if you know of another #1 option player coming available in the near future that compare to Kyrie then I?m with you for not trading for him. So name the player and like you not wanting to sign Simmons I?m with you.

If I were Mark's I would give him until opening day to relent on his anti-vaccine stance and I would trade him to a city that doesn't have a vaccine mandate for the best package I could get for him. The guy is full of crap saying he's the voice of the voiceless who are losing their jobs, his team and his teammates should be his most important consideration and not some phony baloney crusade of his.

Is Kyrie scared the Nets organization are going to trade him to Philly for Ben Simmons as soon as he take the vaccine ???

My grandson's a super fan of Kyrie, he had me buy him a pair of Kyrie 7 last month for his birthday.
Me, I was happy Kyrie and Kemba didn't want to sign with the Knicks a couple yrs ago when both were FA.
Kyrie & Kemba are shoot-first ISO-PG, who showed consistently in their NBA career they are not PG leaders or have a Team-Ball concept in their performance.

The Knicks Front Office showed no interest in trying to trade for a young leadership PG (Ben Simmons) who performance improves his teammates performance.
I would've luv for the Knicks to have Simmons & Quickley as our backcourt starters, and D.Rose & Grimes as their backups.
 
You let Kyrie team up with Embiid then you a team that is Championship caliber. This gives Philly two bonfire #1option and one that knows how to win a championship.
If you are the Knicks you can?t let that happen because there is no to compete. You already have the Nets and Boston to deal with in the conference. Not to mention the current champs.

If I were Morey I would do that trade in a heartbeat, Kyrie for Simmons. Kind of expecting Kyrie to get vaccinated though.

Kyrie made a statement of "quitting the NBA if the Nets trade him", he said that two days after Ben Simmons stated he wasn't reporting to Philly's training camp. It make sense when Brooklyn Nets have two high scorers in Durant & Harden, and the Nets team need pass-first leadership PG in Mills & Simmons to get the NBA championship.
When GSW were in talks with Philly over Ben Simmons .. Wiggins knew he was on the trading block.
Wiggins refuse to take the vaccine .. What is Kyrie doing now ???
 
Correct about Nets needing a 'Pass 1st PG'. That why I don't see why they didn't go after Frank. That was have perfect for them, IMO.
 
Simmons suspended for game 1 for conduct detrimental to the team. Inside story is Doc told him to participate in a drill, he said no, Doc asked again, he said no again. Doc said go home.

Dark and Kiya would do it but I doubt Rose would take on a cancer like Simmons for a team player like RJ who hasn't yet maxed out his potential and has improved every aspect of his u s game since entering the league. Simmons looks to me as if he's trying to force the Sixers to cut him instead of waiting for them to trade him. I wonder how many teams are willing to trade for a disgruntled NBA player with serious flaws in his game.
 
You have to question his passion to win. He didn?t even qualify for NCAA Tourny, no?

Bball might just be an ends to a means for him. Does he want one great?

Don't you think players talk? Players around the league see's what is going on in the Knick organization because of RJ Barrett. So give me a break!!

You ever been on a team? You ever coach a team? Do you know how hard it is to keep cancer from spreading among your players? All you need is a RJ moment for the whole team to turn on you. They don't come to you with it but it there. Then you start to see things and hear things. If you lucky one of your player will pull you off to the side and tell you. Depending on the timing it could be to late. In my case I correct it immediately and we won a league championship.

Of course you make that trade if Philly is crazy enough to make it. But like on draft night NOBODY wanted the #3 pick... NOBODY. That should bother you. Yet, you wonder how many team are willing to trade for a disgruntled NBA player with serious flaws in his game. You might about Simmons but it a fact with RJ. RJ has maxed out and all we getting is an overly hype player that management has prop up to hide there mistake. Ever thought about want this has done to this team? It would be different if after 2 years we would be looking at Conference final and maybe a trip to NBA finals.

In the future when you use the word Cancer check the body of your own team.
