Dantoni Fault

<b><font color="#a52a2a">The first 6 minutes of the Knick1) We need scorers on the court to start the 4th Qtr. to grab the lead and hold onto it down the stretch.

Wow...who doesn't want a 4th qtr lead?2) Dantoni NBA career of coaching has shown he needs the lead early in the 4th Qtr. to pull out the win (Denver, Phoenix, and New York).
I'm tired of your repeatitive posts. We know you don't like DAntoni and this player sucks and etc...but what team were you watching ALL YEAR LONG? It doesn't matter who we had on the floor during crunch time b/c we've all figured out what's going on, why haven't you? It's clear Duhon is a BACK-UP!!!! Anyone defending him with the "but what did u expect explaination" is just agreeing w/o saying so. Harris is better than any pg we have. Why are you making a big deal about rotations when the mere fact that we're still figuring out combinations illustrates WE HAVE NO COMBO.'S! A go-to guy isn't going to magically appear. Those who know bball know we have no interior D and reserved opinion until (the trade ddline) where it was obvious we weren't going to get one. Then reallity set in that we are not a playoff team, never were a playoff team and don't deserve to be a playoff team. That said be wise and accept it. Your next big date is the NBA lottery! Stop fooling yourself and blaming: D'Antoni, Duhon, Hughes etc... they all have excuses why they failed (b/c that's what they have done). You on the other hand are insane by definition. "Doing the same thing and expecting different results". We still have a back-up Pg, journeyman Sg and a 2nd year sf playing SG, a PF playng SF, a PF playing C and so on. As mentioned we have a team of 6th men. Until that changes what is there to discuss?

Red....u blew everything out of proportion.

It's not about liking or disliking Dantoni....it's about Nate & Harrington beating the Nets Harris & Carter at their own "One on One" game.
The Knicks roster and coaching-staff is way better than the Nets roster and coaching-staff.

It is obvious as a Duck Quack....that the Duhon & Hughes tandem need alot of offseason work on whose going to be in control.
Playing the two guards together in the first half of any game is alright b/c its experimenting on getting the two guards to JELLIN together which they have not done in 8 games together.
But playing Duhon & Hughes together in the 2nd half of any game is asking for a LOSS.

It does not matter if Hughes is performing better than Duhon....what matters is the two guards are not jellin together at the Guard spot to improve their teammates while on the court together.

What we all notice this season was teammates Lee, AL, Chandler, Gallo, and Nate, has been working hard this season on getting Duhon's turnovers to decrease each game so we could have a 50-50 chance on winning in the 4th Qtr.....and its been working slowly well with a 23-31 record before the trading deadline with the Knicks going through a rough 7-Game schedule vs 5 of the top toughest teams in the league to beat....and came out of it with a 24-32 record.
Or did we forget that.

Getting Larry Hughes in a trade in February was a blessing for this Knick Team....to use for spot minutes in the guard rotation untill he is familiar with each of his teammates talents.

To give Larry Hughes 35 minutes and more playingtime in each of the last 6 games and he only been with the team the last 8 games....what other player in the league that's been traded during the trading deadline gathered that much playingtime? NONE!!!
