Earvin Magic Johnson - Knicks are champ contenders?

depending on how good Amare looks when he comes back and what role he plays, will make us legit contenders for sure.

No matter how good you think Carmelo is or how deep you think this team is we need a second go to scorer come playoff time (that guy who can spot us 20 points any given night)
 
Magic Johnson has always given the Knicks more respect than anyone on ESPN. The only problem that I had with Magic was when he suggested that Isiah Thomas should be the GM of the Knicks back in the day.
 
I want to see how the Knicks integrate Amare and Shump before I go crazy.

But I think we are a bad matchup for the one team in the league we need to go through to get to the finals. Miami.
 
we need STAT as much as heat need Wade & James

Melo simply will not play all 82 games + playoffs and shooting ~30
that dude simply must be reset few games before playoffs

Stat will play with Felton/Kidd [ if wont be traded]



sure i like Earving coz Wilbon from time 2 time prising Knicks others are haters.

Even JVG with flu was prizing Knicks as he told they were terrific with just 7 to's

Amare & Shump skillz fits perfect with PG-Kidds skillz in a lineup ..
So far we been working on the steady lineup of Felton, JR, Melo, Tyson
