and now....
Welcome to the official jpz17 Knicks pre-game show!

First off I would just like to say the Knicks are off to an impressing start (to some) just because of their winning record! Duhon started off terrible, but has gotten 100x better. Though he is still not the perfect pg for D'Antoni, he is decent. A great pick for pg could be someone who is already on the team Stephon Marbury.
After the Knicks depressing loss to the Spurs without two key players they are looking forward to an up-tempo game versus the Grizzlies. The Grizzlies have many players who do great in up-tempo style games (Rudy Gay, OJ Mayo..). This should be a very high-scoring game. If the Knicks do not reach 95 points I do not expect them to win. Look for Mayo to score 20 and Gay to take advantage of Q-Rich. On the Knicks look for Zach Randolph to be the player of the game after his disgusting game yesterday. Let's hope the Knicks can get Robinson involved more to guard Mayo who is also quick. Yes, Duhon can play d good, but Mayo is just too quick.
(forget about the Mayo at pg stuff, hes playing sg)
JPZ17 Prediction- Knicks win 112-104
The Grizzlies are still developing and are a long way from a championship.. Even though they are a sub .500 team. They are coming off a loss to PHX
Starting for Memphis........
At Center Marc Gasol
At Power Forward Darrell Arthur
At Small Forward Rudy Gay
At Shooting Guard OJ Mayo
At Point Guard Mike Conely Jr.
AND FOR YOUR NEW YORK KNICKSSSSSS!

OJ Mayo is coming off a 33 point game versus PHX and is ready to go. He is succeeding in the NBA and with the Memphis Grizzlies. Should be interesting because Knick fans wanted him as their starting point guard. As for Crawford he is averaging 20 ppg and should be a legit threat to Memphis
PLAYER SPOTLIGHT
QUENTIN RICHARDSON's defense
As we all know Q is not the best defender. He is now going up against future all-star Rudy Gay. Gay is performing well this year and is has high expectations. Let's see how Q-Rich can handle Rudy Gay.
