Biggest mistake this org can make is make minor moves and hope for a 6-10 playoff seed?.
Be a seller or make major changes. Again, Knicks lost at home twice to ORL, just lost to Indy and TOR? only team this roster is better again in the EC is DET.

Twice Randle had the chance to pass to a open Fournier on the perimeter to give us a 1 pt lead, but he pass the ball inside to a double team (0-7) Burks. And Randle kept passing the ball to a (5-16) Barrett.
I hope the Knicks are in all the meeting for the Ben Simmons trade .. Randle & Barrett got to GO !!!

Knicks scored 14 in first Q, they scored 22 in 4th and only 87 all game. They bottled Knicks wire to wire.
It?s obvious that Rose and Randle are 2/3 of player they were last year? AB, Evan, Kemba are non existent most nights.
This team is going nowhere and will squander everything they built last year if they stay the course.
Trade everybody for a real start. Go Dame and Randle? or vets and build around kids?. Do not think a tinker here or deal there turns this team into a playoff contender
They cannot win with this offense. We need a PG. I am so tired of watching this crap offense.

Knicks won?t even be .500 again?. Now we root for being a seller and the lottery and hope Rose is alive and will trade all these vets and force Thibbs to play kids.
I was shocked he out Evan back in the game. What did he see all season, especially last 2 games, to warrant that being a good idea?
Give me energy and youth. I don?t want AB (see what he did in playoffs with PHI), or Evan (see playoffs with BOS)?.
If Rose doesn?t pull off some trade magic next 2 months, he?s another bum we need to put on the hit seat.

All Right! Obi Toppin finally receive 24 minute of playing-time tonight to record a (19 pts &10 Rbs) double-double.
I hope tomorrow afternoon practice D.Rose & Quickley work a few downlow scoring plays with Obi & MitchRob in a lineup to prepare for Sunday afternoon game vs Bucks

The only time we scored lower than today was when we won against Indiana 92-84, Kemba had 8-11FG on 16 point 0 turnovers. You was wrong.
Recapping today's game:
Randle was not boxing out, letting guys like Fred Van and Gary Trent Jr. get into the paint and get all over the ball. We could not control the pace of the game.
Randle had no hustle from the 1st quarter to the 4th quarter.
In the 4th quarter Toronto did what they WANTED and our defense broke down. Do not let the boxscore trick you. Raptors only had 90 points, but that could of been 110 points if Siakim wasn't emulating 2005 Jamal Crawford. Siakim was taking bad shots all game and Knicks didn't capitalize.
Randle not boxing out led to Fred Van hitting that 3pt shot in the last couple of minutes of the game.
Randle skillset is intriguing. But not intriguing enough to be "that guy". Randle should be having a Paul Millsap type role, nothing more.
Randle isn't the alpha of this team because he lacks intangibles and hustle. When he lollygags on the court, it feeds into our other plays and they follow his energy. Fournier possess this also. This is why the bench has such a high +/-, when we bench Randle and Fournier, we actually have 5 guys who are willing to expend energy and push the tempo. Randle and Fournier are half-court players who still take 12-18 seconds to get a shot off. To let you guys know I'm not bias, I will admit Kemba tends to lollygag and take it easy on defense, but I do understand it has more to do with Kemba avoiding injury than him not wanting to participate in hustle and defense. Kemba in Charlotte was not a terrible defender, he was 6"0 but still manage to provide help on defense with being a solid rebounder and surprisingly blocking and contesting shots. Kemba is a multi all star not just for his offense entirely, in his prime he was an all around PG who kept Charlotte respectable. I just want the forum to know this.

(1st amongst all Knicks starters)
Since the benching of Kemba, Knicks only won 1 game.
There is no "improvement" when you're losing.
We'll learn the hard way with all this losing but hopefully we can get a good draft pick to pair up with McBride, Grimes, Barrett and Toppin.
I'm over Randle/Fournier.
Derrick Rose is a living legend.
Honestly only watching games to see our prospects develop and Rose live out his legacy.

Randle control the ball on offense for 40 minute a game (another Melo), Randle is the Knicks back-court (just like Melo)! Randle decision-making on offense will throw cross-court pass to Barrett/Burks, while MitchRob or Fournier are open for a back-door play.
Same as Melo did with Amare/Lin.
For 3 seasons of having Randle & Barrett in the starter lineup, became 3 season of the Knicks starter lineup getting out-scored on in the first quarter 80% of the time.
The Knicks two best passers (D.Rose & Quickley) on the team does not want to be in the Randle & Rarrett starter lineup.

Good recap. Don?t get the feel for some of that stuff listening to radio broadcast here in Oregon.
Thibbs mentioned, or somebody did, that you need to find a man and put a body on them as soon as shot is released.
2-4 next six is a reasonable expectation. 12-14 to 14-18.
I imagine lots of changes are coming? and the flexibility for Rose/Perry begins Wed. I am open to anything and everything.
Be interesting to see what moves are made, if any? still, 12-14 better than Fizdale 5-21

Obi Toppin seem to be the first player back on offensive-end on every Knick offensive possession during the 4th qtr.. Why didn't coach Thibs tell Randle to push the ball, or let D.Rose & Quickley keep pushing the ball to Toppin to get the Raps to run back on defensive-end every 15 seconds, instead of letting Randle waste the 24 sec clock on EVERY Knicks offensive possession in the final 8 min of the game.
Randle bringing the ball up court gave the Raptors 7-Man rotation enough time to setup defense for Randle's half-court game going down the stretch ..
When we Knicks fans all know Randle's talent & performance are not Star scorers (Giannis, Durant, or Jokic).
We Knicks fans had to many memories of Hero-Randle doing something down the stretch that ended in a loss !!!

Everybody in this forum supposedly knows BB so the solutions shouldn?t be as difficult.
I don?t see a solution that would truly solve the problems. What I see is a bandage being place to stop the bleeding. Not a solution!!
