Thanks for the First Game Thread of regular season Rady.
Boston look in control of the first quarter, Knicks missed to many inside shots.
Will KP take it out on us tonight?
End of First Quarter .. Knicks 18 - Boston 30
Must be the trade talk going around of Knicks management selling half the team for another first round Exit player (Melo/Embiid).

The Knicks are strong at the Center & SG position, questionable at PG, and weak at both forward position.
Barrett 14 pts, and Quickley 10 pts
Boston Tatum 19 pts, and KP 15 pts with 3 blocks
We have to start looking for Grimes to score when Randle is 1-10 and Brunson is 2-9 from the FG

RJ and IQ almost delivered a nice win. Can’t miss 12 FTs and win an NBA game. But Knicks had no chance to win a close game… gamblers had their inside men rigging this game. That whistle the final 8 minutes was impressive even by tim donaghy standard.
Easily a 10 point swing for BOS.
It began when Tatum got under Brunson. Instead of 3 FTs for NYK (up 86-84) with 6 minutes left. They call a ? Foul on other end and a tech.
Celtics with FIFTEEN FT final 7 minutes. Every possession went like this: KNicks had ball and Celtics could tug, poke, push, reach in and swat down… then, when BOS had possession, if they missed a shot, ref blows a whistle and awards FTs. Despite all that, Knicks barely lost. Still, lead should’ve been Knicks up 8 final 1:30 but NBA is rigged and has been for decades. Us fools keep falling for it.

Watching my Knicks comeback in the 2nd quarter, and then 4th quarter was great.
Watching all the FT misses adding up (14-26), and we loss the game 108-104 .. HURTS !!!
Randle's 5-22 FG, and 1-5 FT are yelling PASS the ball next game.
Brunson's 6-21 FG, and 0-1 FT are also yelling PASS the ball next game.

I never bought into M-Rob, said he'd be more project like and he has for his entire career. He's never played a half a season like an All-Star Big, yet alone a full one. Knicks were a little sloppy at the end of the game, didn't capitalize off of their opportunities and free bees and continued leaving #kporzee wide open

Dichenzo didn’t impress and JHart-sanity seems to have subsided. Same problems with this roster as last year, and it’s scoring is going to be a problem. A good sign they were in it despite FT shooting and abysmal performances from Randle, Brunson, Robinson…. But they won’t shoot that well from 3s most nights either.
Anybody see that awful play down stretch when ball bounced off Randle’s brick hands… they were up 4 with about 3 left.
This team will compete. IQ and RJ will be slightly improved…. But nothing to get hopes up for. Brunson a gamer. Randle still their best player… and where is that getting you?
