Young and Murray have 54 points combined so far. Tatum and Brown scored a combined 56. Lol. This must be the hot take of the year. OH my?. Tatum did most of his damage in 4th and it began with second into on floor against him. You almost wonder if some people watch the game.

I guess you missed young shooting 2-13 at 1 point vs NYK.

NYK defense was bad. We get it. But Randle and RJ matches the big duo offensively and did so rather efficiently, For them. At home,
You need more from the role players and reserves.

Murray started to do what he did to the Knicks at the start of OT tonight, scoring the first 4 pts off a shot and steal. McCollum defense put a stop to that quick, the Hawks had to let Trae run the offense dribbling to throw lob passes to Capela for the OT win.
After Randle & Barrett's first 28 minutes on the court they don't play winning ball on offense/defense unless their opponent are a Lottery team.

Tonight, the Celtics bench average 21 min a player ..
The Knicks bench average 13 min a player
The Knicks starter lineup need better player movement without the ball, and some ball-movement other than two touches then shoot on every offensive possession. Knicks starter lineup showed great hustle at moments but no team chemistry.

The Knicks defense tonight gave up a dozen wide-open looks on the 3-ball line each quarter of the Celtics game, and they cashed in on it for a 133 pt score.
How many open looks did Fournier have on the 3-ball line? None!
Fournier had two hands practically in his face when he took his 3 ball shot, and hit it.
How come the coach Tom Thibs, and Randle has not worked out a play to get Fournier a open look from the 3-ball line going on two seasons ???
We all know Fournier is a catch n shoot (20 pt) weapon on the perimeter .. everybody but the Knicks team.

BOS benched ran NYK bench off the court. Obi didn?t score until the 4th. Bad game from reserves and not guarding 3-point line is why they lost.

Good news! Young kids playing well and Ls are piling up. Dream of a top 5 pick is alive and well. This team just doesn?t have shooting or perimeter defense to beat the top 10-15 teams. They?ll feast on the bottom 10 And win the occasional upset when opponent without a star

But this is clearly a 25-35 win season. No reason to be invested or upset.

Celtics put on an incredible 3pt shooting display tonight in The Garden and I mean the shots they were taking were good shots and 90% may have been wide open. Unreal shooting by them, Knicks never adjusted all night

Brunson is giving us his all, Hartenstein played well too

I hope we trade our vets by the deadline. I want EF, Rose, Randle gone by Feb for picks and cap space 2023/24

Yes, Randle should play himself into a contender?s eye. He?s rebounded from
His dismal 2021 version? should fetch an asset. Clearly he has to go to unlock Obi.

We shall see if Evan adjusts to his reserve role. If he does, his shooting alone should fetch an asset. Rose will probably be attached to Randle or Evan to sweeten deal.

Personally, I am cool going with 9 man rotation of Brunson, Grimes, RJ, Cam, IQ, McBride, Sims, Mitch, & Hart.

Give that group 2 seasons to gel, sprinkle in a top 5 pick this upcoming draft. Then strike when a star is made available for trade or free agent, if ever possible for this front office to pull off?.

The play that tied the game in regulation and what McCollum did in overtime is my point about playing defense. Murray hit the shot, but McCollum defense was very good. When have you ever seen RJ do anything that resemble that kind of defense on an opposing player.

Thib's is supposed to be a defensive coach. I know if you don't have the horse to play defense then your scheme should change. That never seen to happen plus you don't know who on the bench that can give you a spark. Let's say Hunt!!

The announcer made mention of Thib's changing the starting lineup.... Well, he had to because MRob was hurt and Evan is being Evan. If you really want to change the starting lineup bench the ones that are playing the most minutes and taking the most shoots. Thib's has forgotten how to coach because he is going along with the F.O.(that knows nothing about BB).

Everybody happy with Brunson but none of them know what the problem is with the Knicks. Trade this player, Trade these players, Start this player, Start these players... and on and on. If getting a Hundred Million Dollar PG didn't solve your problem, then you didn't know what the real problem was to begin with the Knicks. As I said, so many times PG wasn't the problem with the Knicks!!

The Knicks losing problem in last night, and the past 5 games (1-4) had more to do with Tom Thibs giving Randle & Barrett & Brunson above 30 minutes in each of the 5 games.

Quickley's creativeness EARNED 18 to 24 min of playing-time ....
Obi Toppin's above the rim HOPS EARNED 18 to 24 min playing-time ....
Hartenstein showed he's worth 18 to 24 min of playing time ....
Cam Reddish defensive talents are better along side the bench lineup, but Cam's talents are more needed on the Knicks starter lineup, because MitchRob has been the only defensive player on the Knicks starter lineup since Bullocks left.

Last night game vs Celtics, at the end of the 3rd quarter announcer Walt Clyde said, "Whatever team play DEFENSE in the 4th quarter will win the game.".
It wasn't two minutes into the 4th quarter (Celtics have 5 pt lead) when Tom Thibs takes D.Rose & Quickley out the game for Brunson & Barrett.
The Knicks scored 22 pts in the 4th quarter (7 pts belong to Obi) compared to the Celtics 32 pts.
D.Rose leadership has been the Knicks TOP winning CLOSER player for 2 seasons ..
Free D.Rose .... And stop TANKING using FAKE star players !!!

Celtics shot 10-17 on 3s when they put Julius Randle in pick and roll situations. The man is simply not defending.
