Good game from Melo but probably bigger impact Galloway. He made some huge shots and hustle plays.

2nd impressive road win for us. Melo playing like a star, including in the 4th quarter. We keep doing this on a regular basis and maybe we can start talking about this team having a shot at playing 0.500 ball this year.

We're scoring way over a 100 pts in 3 games, looks like the offense from the pre-season was no fluke. It's only 3 games and last year we started 2-1 but we're looking good.

I'm with you except give him time at the point. Calderon isn't a better PG than Gallo and people say Gallo isn't a PG, what does that make JC.

Thats what's been impressive, the boys managed to score over 100 with meh games from Melo in 2 games. They're showing they don't necessarily need a hot Melo to score.

You know Clyde said in one of those pre-season games that the team wouldn't score much more than the 91ppg they scored last season. I said he was wrong, but even a guy that bleeds O&B like Clyde can be wrong.

Lets not get too excited quite yet, but I'm hyped about the start.

Simply put: 'Melo was magnificent. He was both clutch and efficient. 37 points on 18 shots. Made the huge shot late in 4th (9 points and 5 rebounds in the 4th) and then proceeded to drain 4 clutch FTs. He was the best player on the floor. This performance is why we NYK fans have hopes that this team has potential to be a second round playoff squad. Ah, if only he can consistently deliver this type of production.

Carmelo had help. Calderon showed up, Grant hit a big shot, and both Galloway and Thomas were outstanding. Beal was off in the first half, and our team defense contained Wall in the second half.

Great win. Now, even if we lose the next two games... We're not in panic mode.
