Hmmmmm.. I like Marcus Camby, but shouldn't we focus on getting an SG first? We currently have only one shooting guard on board, and he can't play until January. If we use the MLE on Camby, it'll be a miracle for us to get a starting calibre SG.
I'm torn between which is more important, i only would say Center is more important because if Chandler goes down who's backing him up? Jorts? jeffries? i don't feel thats exactly going to cut it come playoff time. If camby is there i think we should go for it. Dude still put up like 7ppg and 9 rebs, plus he is capable of spreading the floor meaning we can play Chandler and Camby together at some points :smokin: he's the ideal Center you would want backing up Chandler
SG position might be easier for us to fill in, were most likely resigning JR Smith we really only need a guy who can spread the floor and knock down that corner 3 we have enough scoring between Lin, Amare and Melo. I think a Vet min 3 point specialist would do, because look when Shump comes back and is fully healthy no doubt he'll be our Starter again and well be looking at the same rotation last year with Shump/JR.
We can still use the MLE on a SG but, what happens when Shump returns? thats almost a waste of a MLE unless you move shump to the SF position off the bench instead.
MLE worthy sg's i wouldn't mind signing though

Gerald Green
Shannon Brown
Foye (most realistic option)
