Honestly I think we should give Douglas a chance before we look at other PGs, he had 21-8 against Dallas and 20-7 today and might be our PG of the future. Anything is possible when playing time is given

And most Argentines are of Italian descent, Ginobili is no exception. He's even fluent in Italian and played in Italy prior to coming to the NBA.

Barea would also be a good option for next season.

If Barea comes at a cheaper price than Sergio, then let go of Sergio and bring this guy in. A point guard with real quickness would benefit us immensely on the break.

Barea has that edge over Sergio.
