New CBA rules in effect...Barnes can't resign with Clips until a yr from now.

Good trade for both teams, the Clips couldn't wait to get rid of Hawes and the Hornets couldn't wait to get rid of Stephenson. Matt Barnes gets cut by the Hornets and then re-signs with the Clips and everything is good.

The Hornets are keeping Barnes
