S.T.A.T: A Detriment To Gallo's + Chandler's Futures In NY?
S.T.A.T: Standing tall and talented.
Finally, NY has its go to player. Seemingly effortlessly, Amar'e belittled his star counterpart, Brooke Lopez, in Tuesday's win against NJ. It was a NYK revelation after years of mundane, mediocre quasi stars, to see such relentless scoring prowess.
Unless you are schizophrenic, it's obvious that STAT is the foundation of any immediate or future success in NYC, and hopes are high.
But where does that leave Gallo and Chandler? The cohesion of Amar'e's starting team mates as complimentary contributors is obviously what takes us back to the post-season.
How complimentary will these 2 be? After being hyped last season as the base of future success, how far will they step up or down?
Can Gallo really play with Amar'e? So far you wouldn't be shunned for saying no.
What about Chandler? He's been better than Gallo thus far, but does he have the talent, composure and drive that it takes to compliment the game of such a dominant option offensively?
There are literally over a hundred facets to consider, but what do you think?
Are these boys of the proper mould to help STAT help NY back to the playoffs?
If anything, it's becoming resoundingly clear that we need a high caliber PG , not a SF, to accomodate and amplify STAT's vicious game.
