u know Mike Woodson couldn't wait to the season start to bet a thousand dollars a game on Iso-Melo in a triangle system equal long losing streak.
Mike Woodson is a head of the Game, knowing all the Knicks players that are clueless to DEFENSE, plus he know all the players with very poor decision-making on offense .... not to mention any names but there are 4 players that fit in both categories (THJ / JR / Melo / Stat) .. 6 LOSSES in a row .. 1-4 at Home

What is there to waste time talking about?? If the knicks don't tank this season for the number pick, they are the stupidest team ever. It's the hardest thing to accept, but this is a lost season. We are gambling on two things...... A great draft pick and Kevin Durrant signing with us next season. MELO took that money to cope with what is going on right now. Phil, Fisher and Melo will look like geniuses if it all works out. Coming to this forum now is just too painful. Burying your head in the sand until the season is over seems to be what the usual posters are doing. This place will be normal next season

Are u saying the wise thing for Phil, Fish, Melo to do is Tank this season?
WOW! it hasn't been 10 games in the season, we talking tanking.
Plus what are some of the top 2015 draft picks that is worthy to tank a season for?

If tanking is the best solution, than Phil spent millions of Dolan $$$ in the offseason for no reason.
Plus why add 7 new players to this season roster .. to make the season a better or lesser 37 win Knicks team?

Knicks losses has never been a reason to not go to any Knicks forum.
Selling dreams of Lebron and other star players signing on to the Knicks next year should be a crime.

New York Knicks have given up on this season ...
Now the New York Times appears to be giving up on the Knicks.

The Knicks are floundering at the bottom of the Eastern Conference with a 5-32 record and signaled that they intend to stay there Monday by trading J.R. Smith and Iman Shumpert to the Cleveland Cavaliers. With the Knicks' atrocious brand of basketball positioned to get even worse, the Times thinks its beat writer's time could be better spent elsewhere.

"We feel it's only merciful to give our Knicks beat writer, Scott Cacciola, a break from such woeful basketball," the Times staff wrote Tuesday. "He deserves to see the game played at a higher level. For the next month or so, we would like to point him to some good, quality basketball, wherever it might exist. "Any suggestions?"

They make clear that they're not simply looking for a different NBA team to cover --?? "perhaps a high school or college squad" or "a strong coed team at your local Y," they note -- so if your niece's CYO team has a good story for Cacciola to tell, send your recommendation the Times' way.

So clearly the folks at the Times are being facetious:
