Thanks for another great game thread. The likely lost season of 2014-15 continues. Will we have anything positive develop from this brutal season? That remains to be seen. Let's go Knicks!

Melo back tonight. I'm guessing the people who wanted to see if we're a better team without Melo maybe don't have as much interest in seeing that experiment again after the OKC game.

Critical game after Stat berating the team for lack of effort. With Melo back and the motivation of Stats tongue lashing a loss in front of the home crowd would be ugly.

Frustrating for us to be so far inferior to Miami this season when we were the team that was able to resign our star free agent and the Heat were the team that lost their top player to free agency.

Stat aggressive to the hoop in his first offensive touch off the bench. No reason he can't thrive against this Miami defense.

Wow. Just like that. Stat gets the ball on three consecutive offensive possessions and scores at point blank range three straight times. Say what you want about Stat, he tries to back up his words.

Don't get me wrong, I like Acy, but when Melo and Stat are the other two members in the front line, the third guy has to be a real big like Dalembert, Aldrich, or Jason Smith.

With the exception of Stat, who has 8 of our first 19 points, Miami has literally taken away every other one of our guys with strategic double teams on defense.

Can't really explain it, but all-time weird sequence between Melo and an official on an inbounds attempt, where Melo loses the ball because the whistle blew in his ear and then the ref counts any way despite Melo not holding the ball, leads to a tech on Melo. Yeah, weird.

Miami isn't even playing well and they're winning this game handily. Absolutely no improvement from the start of the year and we now have a worse start than last years Knicks.

Looked like we were going to wave the white flag early again, but we trim the lead from 16 to 8 before the end of the first half to at least keep it somewhat a game. Our offense is fundamentally broken right now as for the second straight game we cannot even score 40 points against a bad defensive team. I'm going to miss most of the 2nd half to watch the new episode of the Walking Dead, which is less depressing than the Knicks right now, but hopefully we can make a run to have it be watchable in the end of the 4th quarter. Let's go Knicks!

You want to watch the Walking Dead, watch the Knicks that's reality TV.

Not sure what PJ is going to do but he either decides to tank now or he makes some moves before the trade deadline to try to improve this team because this team isn't going anywhere.

Flip back on a commercial break let me see THJ make a steal and then speed the other way for a 3-point play. Man, does this team need THJ to go back to being a star waiting to happen like he was last year instead of a role player with no role as he has been this season.

This has to be the only none-moving Triangle ever .. college teams that use the triangle-offense has twice as much movement than the Knicks.
The first 36 minutes of the game Dally played 10 minutes.
This is the first time in the season Fisher put "Dally & Stat" in the same lineup, I been saying the two bigs should've been used in the same lineup 17 games ago

Back just in time to see what looks like a continuation of too little too late the season. At least we competed tonight, but still, lottery team ball remains in full effect. If not for the joke that is the Philadelphia 76ers, we would likely be considered the worst team in the NBA right now

I was saying in one of thesese threads that DFish would be looking for either Calderon or Bargs to be the Knicks savior when both of them were out. Well JC isn't saving this season, what are the chances Bargnani does.

Coach Fisher needs to do something if he's serious about winning some games, forget playing all these guys and lineups and start benching guys and playing others heavy minutes.

4-14 .. are u sure Woodson & Felton left .. Stat is hungry, he played 37 minute
Stat could give us 25 pts a night if our players move without the ball on offense instead of standing around on offense begging
The same role Shump said he did not want to play anymore this season, has been given to Larkin.

Having THJ & Larkin on the court throughout the final 3 minute of crunch-time, being down by 3 and 5 pts
SAYS Fisher is TANKING
