Game Thread: NY Knicks vs Washington Wizards 02/06/13 7:30

Woodson playing a 7 man rotation vs the Washington Bullets ... so far with 5 minutes left in the game Felton/JR/and Melo played the entire 2nd half .... this game belong to woodson
 
Feel bad for Knicks fans who live outside NY, get to see the Knicks twice a year live but have to suffer with no shows from the players.
 
May get away with playing no D in MSG but on the road lack of effort=defeat. Saw same ****e in losses to other lottery teams i.e Kings and Mavs,

Mentally a damn lazy team. Act as if we have won 5 championships in a row, just go into games with no interest in out thinking/ out working the opposition. Saw same ****e in Phlly a few weeks ago.
 
Knicks continue to have a highly inflated sense of how good they are. Wizards allowed to shoot lights out to start -- Knicks look excellent in stretches to get leads and then promptly stop trying on D. Happened several times tonight.

Wizards came in averaging 91 PPG, 42 percent FG and 34 percent 3s. They've eclipsed 100 tonight by shooting 53 percent, 11-of-20 from downtown.
 
For the record, Kidd sucks now. Not sure why he's still starting. He brings nothing to the table. We don't need players standing around waiting for a chance to launch a 3 to start the game.

The Knicks wanted to go 10-2 until the Allstar break, that was our 2nd loss, so from here out nothing but wins
 
I thought this was a trap game, anytime you're playing against the team with the worst record sets you up to come in over confident despite the Wiz having won 6/7 of their last games at home. Lot of work to do after the ASG, one of the WC GMs said the Bulls Heat and Pacers are better than the Knicks in the east and OKC Spurs Clips and even the Rockets are better than the Knicks in the West. Games like today give you some reality about winning a chip.
 
Lets be real about this road Loss to the 2nd losing team in the NBA ....
A game inwhich we shouldve gave a lot of playingtime to our bench-players
