Even when those 3 were healthy and playing together, I saw too many losing streaks. And we ain't winning with the one remaining so why keep him.

Mike D'antoni's lack of coaching ability, Amar'e and Melo's lack of defensive prowess, Amar'e/Tyson or Amar'e/Melo not being able to compliment each other, and the Knicks not having a real play-maker at the PG position aside from a washed up Jason Kidd were the main reasons why the so-called most talented front-court in the NBA were a part of many losing streaks.
