Winning streak cut as Knicks fall short to Pistons 108-115
The Knicks have shot under 40% from the field last night in Detroit and that cost them their winning streak, which ended after three games, as the Pistons won 108-115 at Little Caesars Arena.

Allonzo Trier led the Knicks with 24 points and 10 rebounds off the bench and Damyean Dotson scored 17. Enes Kanter was din double double with 16 points and 14 rebounds. Kanter, Dotson and Trier were the only Knick players that shot at least 50%.
The Knicks took an 15-7 lead early in the first quarter, then fell and trailed by 16 in the second. The Pistons kept the advantage and took it with them in the fourth twice before cooling their engines just enough to allow the Knicks to cut the lead to single digits.

Blake Griffin scored 30 points while Stanley Johnson and Reggie Jackson added 21 buckets each for Detroit (11-7) who have lost only three games at home.
The Knicks are now 7-15 and will play the Sixers tonight in Philadelphia.
