garbage. just straight up garbage. this season is going to be a laugh-fest. i am sooooooo glad i'm not giving dolan any cable money. when the hell is timmy going to wake up?

WOW! i just got home n turn on the game .. and BANG POW WHAM! Halftime score is all i seen .. is the Boston Celtricks bench-depth n 3 starters practicing their defense on us at the start of the game .. 33 points at the half?

Yep .. we should have fired Horn at end of last season to hire Mark Jackson !!!
 
Kanter with 12 points and 17 rebounds not even 4 minutes into the 3rd quarter. He is playing hard on defense too, even though it is not his strong suit. Only 25-years-old. We can build around this guy. Only question is can we build around a combo of him and KP together.
 
wait a second, did we actually see some fast break points from the knicks in the past few minutes?
 
Boston has assembled a collection of really tough defensive players. Ironically, the reason Sessions has been the best Knick on offense is that the weakest defensive player on Boston is Irving.
 
Kanter checks out with 16 points and 19 rebounds in 26 minutes. He is a beast in an otherwise miserable game.
 
The brain trust of Mills and Perry are watching and they're standing. Mills has to be thinking did I make a mistake with THJ.

Baker drives and gets stuffed by the bottom of the backboard. Meanwhile, we are criticizing Eric Bledsoe. If Ntilikina is a bust, we got a lot of bad basketball ahead of us.
 
Hypothetical question with KP looking like he might be a franchise type player. If Boston swapped this years firsts with us and included Brown and next years Nets first for KP would you do that deal with the benefit of hindsight.
 
if the knicks actually want to try and win some games this season, they should seriously consider bringing kanter off the bench. even if he ends up playing more minutes than whoever is starting at the 5 and possibly even being on the floor at the end of the game, he can keep offense productive for the 2nd unit for the majority of their time on the floor. that's just my take.

So, we would have come away with Tatum, Josh Jackson, or Fox to pair with Brown and then the Nets pick? Actually, biggest reason not to do it is that Nets don?t look like they are that bad this year.

No, you can?t do that deal. The only reason you are doing that deal is if you already know Ntilkina is a bust. If Ntilikina is solid, him plus KP is worth more than Brown plus the other 2 hypothetical guys.
