Randle is like Carlos Boozer: stellar against weaker opponents, severely challenged when facing game plan adjustments. IQ will get his feet under him. I thought his defense was excellent. When your shot isn't falling, and you have the jitters, do whatever is less dependent on nerves: Defense, rebounding and energy. I am more concerned with Randles body language. Did you see his face when they didnt clear out when he had Osman on him? Not good.IQ doesn’t score, QG doesn’t play, Randle can’t score… doesn’t matter bc Brunson and RJ shoulder the load. Not a good weekend for the anti RJ crowd. Dude is only 21. He’s looked the part Games 3/4.
not necessary. since i have a 9 to 5 monday to friday day job i can't watch games that start at 7-7:30pm or later (i'm 7 hours ahead so it's basically 2 am here). But if it's Friday or Saturday (and i don't have an event the other day that starts in the morning) then i can stay up late. So these noon games (or any that start before 5pm) are a blessing for meHold on, u be missing the Friday night Knicks ???

Randle proved he is a great player in the regular season, we have no doubts of his capabilities, but he has a mental hurdle in the playoff that he has to beat. we need powerful fighters with very good scoring skills if we want to advance more. let's pray he brake the barrier and play like regular season.Knicks players that need recognition for a 3-1 Series .. Go Knicks
MitchRob & Hartenstein locked down Jarrett & Mobley on both sides of the court for this win.
Josh Hart's 2-Way hustle performance was outstanding in the 4th quarter for this win.
Jalen Brunson performance have made him the MVP of this playoff series.
If RJ Barrett falls back into his (low IQ) lazy moves, I still give Barrett big credit for his scoring to give the Knicks a 3-1 lead in this playoff series.
This is not the first, second, or tenth time Randle had a performance like Game-4 (Hawks 1-4 series).
It is the first time in 3 seasons of coach Thibs, when Randle had a poor performance was benched!
I been very critical on Randle (and Barrett) about their forth quarter performance the past 4 seasons.
Today, every time Randle (or Barrett) touch the ball in the 4th quarter, memories of turnovers, and dribble-dribble-dribble surface in my head.
Randle (and Barrett) have showed repeatedly they are not Closers of a game.
D.Rose & rookie Quickley was nice Closers the final 6 min of a game.
It's the playoff .. And the Knicks have three 4th quarter CLOSERS that fit the bill for scoring and defensive-stops.
1) MVP Brunson,
2) 6th Man Quickley,
3) 2-Way Josh Hart
4) And Grimes
There's no room for Randle in the backcourt during the playoffs.
