Knicks collapse late in the game, allow Hawks steal the win 99-96
The Knicks should have won this game. But instead, they keep on looking for new ways of losing. Playing against the worst team in the league, the Knicks struggled to keep the pace, and even when they were ahead, their lead wasn’t in double figures.

Hawks | 21 | 23 | 25 | 30 | 99 |
Knicks | 22 | 16 | 33 | 25 | 96 |
Somehow, they managed to keep the Hawks behind them in the fourth quarter, and take a 6 points lead with 2:15 minutes on the clock. And then they crashed.
In the last minute, Mike Muscala made a three pointer that cut the lead to one, then with 8 seconds on the clock Kent Bazemore made another one to give the Hawks their first lead in the last 10 minutes.
The game was sealed after Tim Hardaway Jr. stepped out of bounds and turned the ball over. Hardaway also had a shot to tie the game at the buzzer but the ball hit the rim and Hawks stole the victory 99-96.
Kristaps Porzingis scored 22, Enes Kanter finished in double double with 10 points and 12 rebounds and Jarrett Jack had 11.
Trey Burke played 20 minutes and led the bench with 14 points while shooting 6-10 from the field.
