Kyrie Irving torched the Knicks with 22 points, Jaylen Brown dropped 21 off the bench and Al Horford added 19 as Boston won their fourth straight game.

The Knicks, led by Tim Hadaway Jr’s 22 points have never led throughout the entire game but got behind their rivals 82-89 late in the third after trailing by 14 shortly after halftime.

The Celtics took them hard in the last act, ousting New York 16-29 as Brown went 3-4 from the field to score 8 of his total 21 in that period.

“You’re not going to win in this league giving up 30 points in every single quarter”

Emmanuel Mudiay finished the night with 17 points, Enes Kanter had his double double night with 14 buckets and 11 boards while Noah Vonleh, Knicks’ best shooter of the game scored 12 points.

Kevin Knox struggled again with his shooting, going 4-12 from the field for 11 points, but not as much as Damyean Dotson, who went 2-11 and ended up with just 5 buckets.

The Knicks fell to 8-18 and will take on the Brooklyn Nets, who share the same record, on Saturday.
