Knicks lose by a couple to Nets, Celtics

The Knicks’ weekend wasn’t as good as expected. They lost on Friday night to the Nets, 107-105 in Brooklyn and on Saturday to Celtics 103-101 at the Garden.

The games looked similar with both the opponents going strong early in the game, the Knicks making a comeback in the third against the Nets and in the second quarter against the Celtics but failed to make the last field goal in each game losing in dramatic fashion.

In each games Tim Hardaway Jr. led the Knicks with 29 and 24 points.

After finishing with 17 points shooting 50% from the field in Brooklyn, Kevin Knox suffered an ankle injury the next day after just four minutes against the Celtics. Fortunately the x-ray came negative and his now on a day-to-day status.
