Last game of the year opens up with a fun mix of Knicks and Thunder moments played to Beastie Boys’ “Fight For Your Right” ending with an MSG “Happy New Year!” graphic, appropriately. A mix in the second quarter was shown with just the Knicks from different eras “partying” with the song playing (more mixes were played through the broadcast). Wally Szczerbiak said to check out the “Beastie Boys Story” documentary on Apple TV+. He’s a fan of the group.

- Breen said Aaron Wiggins is not related to Andrew Wiggins’ from Golden State. He said he can play the piano, play the trombone, and can sing. Wally said he used to play the trombone in high school.

- Mike Breen gave a surprisingly long and inspirational story about OKC’s Scotty Hopson’s basketball journey and his desire to make it in the NBA. If you can find it it’s worth listening to.
